How to choose your next adventure
Three questions that find a game you will actually finish.

§1 How much time do you really have?
Be honest about your evenings. If you have forty minutes on a weeknight, a short story game like Firewatch or a run-based game like Hades will feel better than a forty-hour epic.
§2 What mood are you in?
Our compass has four bearings: Challenge, Discovery, Calm and Story. Pick the one that matches your week, not the one you think you should play.
§3 How do you feel about failing?
Some games, like Celeste and Hades, offer generous assist modes. Others, like Sekiro, offer none. Neither is better; pick what suits you.
§4 Try the shortest one first
If you are unsure, start with A Short Hike. It takes two hours and tells you a lot about what you enjoy.
§5 Stop when it stops being fun
Not finishing a game is fine. Leave a note of where you were in case you want to return.
